Return Policy – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive your package. Make sure the items you’re returning are in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging.

How to Return?

After your order is paid and completed, you will receive an email. This email will inform you step by step about the return procedure. Therefore, we will pay for the return label after you have registered the return.

Important to Know

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Let us know as soon as you receive your order! Email us with pictures, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Not everything can be returned. We cannot accept returns for custom-made products, items damaged due to your own fault (this also applies to perfume), gift cards, and beauty products.

Exchanges? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order. 

Please note: You can exchange a maximum of two times within the same order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email. If everything is in order, we’ll refund your money within 5-10 business days via your original payment method. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process the refund.

Exceptions

We only make exceptions if we made a mistake or if you informed us in time about an issue regarding your order.
